REFUND POLICY
TOURNAMENT REFUND POLICY:
Once an event has started and then cancelled due to rain, lightning or any other reason out of the control of the event director the following guidelines will be in place. All monies not refunded as part of these guidelines can and should be credited to future events for each individual tournament company.
: 0 games played= full refund (minus 20% administration fee) This fee helps offset the pre-tournament costs associated with the event.
: 1 game played= 50% refund
: 2 or more games played= no refund
CHAMPIONSHIP GAME
If the Championship game starts at 7pm or later, we will not have an If game or Two inning Shoot out.
If the undefeated team agrees to a winner take all prior to a 7pm start, we will allow.
